Contact us by email to sign up for CBMSync™ and we will aim to set you up within 1 working day.

How do I login?

As part of the sign up process we will create a custom URL for your organisation that you can use to sign into CBMSync™.

How do I reset my password?

Navigate to the custom URL for your organisation and follow the instructions to change your password.

I've forgotten by custom URL?

Simply drop us an email or whatsapp message and we'll quickly remind you of your customer URL and get you logged back in again.

How much does it cost?

An individual user license is £199 per month, a site license is £995 per month. Please visit our pricing page for more details.

Do I have to pay monthly?

We are happy to accommodate whatever billing cycle works best for you, whether that is monthly, yearly, every 3 months, every 6 months, etc. Contact us and we'll be happy to help discuss options.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we have some discounts available to support UK manufacturers.

How secure is my data?

We use a globally recognised cloud hosting service that implements extensive industry standard data security protocols to ensure your data is secure.

Can I download my data?

Yes, you can export your data to excel from within CBMSync™.

Will I be charged based on the amount of data I collect?

No, our pricing model is not based on usage. Similar platforms offer a lower monthly fee, but the cost rapidly increases the more and more you use it. This means your return on investment significantly decreases over time. We don't believe you should be punished for utilising our platform more. With our predictable monthly cost, your return on investment only goes up.
